A FEW DAYS AWAY
This is the first time I write a personal blog about myself and my family. As a family and wedding photographer, this time I want to document the story of my family holiday in Menorca;
the lightheartedness of my children during a few days in the fantastic Son Bou Family Club, the children’s paradise!
Like last year we decided to spend a few days in Menorca (Spain), in this unique resort Son Bou Family Club, especially designed for kids: Two Swimming pools, two restaurant (with great children menus!), huge play area (the famous Kikoland), bouncy castles, games and activities every day, with the evening shows for children and parents too! Of course there is also the nearby beach where children jump the waves and bury themselves in the sand.
All inclusive of course, so that mummy and daddy don’t have to worry and can enjoy nice cocktails at the bar.
SIGHTSEEING THE ISLAND
We added some sightseeing while on holiday. We love to have contact with local people and I like my children to have the opportunity to see around and perhaps learn a few words of the local language. I like to touch and taste different cultures.
We went to see the beautiful Ciutadella on the west coast and visited a couple of beaches around the island. We also stopped to a local restaurant to taste a wonderful “jamon” and a gnammy Paella!
RELAXING TIME AND PLAY
Back to the hotel, ice cream time and some entertainment in the game room where kids spend most of the evenings playing with those machines that grab and win the perfect toy for you! And look at my little one’s face!!!
TIME TO GO HOME
We got to the end of our holiday, luggage packed and the “last” breakfast. Then straight to the airport where my kids just kept on having a great time.
We had a great time and enjoyed the perfect weather which is normally not so easy to find here in the U.K.
